• Through the quote request form: your name, email address, phone number, the type of insurance you are interested in, your city, your postal code, and any details you choose to add.
• When you call or email us: what you choose to tell us.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or medical information through the form.

How the form works

When you send the form, your request comes to our office by email through an email delivery service. That service processes the message to deliver it and keeps a record of the delivery under its own terms.

To stop automated spam, the form counts how many requests arrive from the same network address in a short time. The address is kept only as a one-way scrambled code, and the count expires after about ten minutes.

We use what you send us to answer your request, prepare a quote, and talk with you about your insurance.

Cookies and outside services

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies it needs for security.

Two outside services load in your browser: fonts from Google Fonts on every page, and a Google map on the Contact page. When they load, Google receives your browser's network address, and the map may set Google cookies. Google's privacy policy explains how Google uses that information.

Your choices

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
